got a new laptop and digitizer, time to start from the basics again
All the artist I followed from tumblr are moving here, thanks censorship. But I've been following this site since I was a kid and now that it's becoming a content platform I can probably learn and contribute this community. Hope to enjoy the experience.

I haven't really made anything in the last two months due to being an essential worker during the coronavirus outbreak. Compounding this, my current computer setups are no longer adaquet to make progress with digital media. I've been saving what I can and should be back to making things by sometime next month. Happy drawing and hope to be back in flow soon :)

A new month means a new art challenge. This month it's all about facial expressions from pencil kings. As I abandoned last month's challenge I'm starting over with this one. The plan is to post a sketch in the morning and do a digital sketch in the evening all this month.
I've never actually learned to draw expressions before so this will be an exciting challenge. As always happy drawing :)

Lately, I find that I'm not having fun drawing. I think it mught be because wehre my computer is now it's uncomfortable. I also think it's because I've been focused on tutoring people for exam preparation these last couple of weeks that I've gone off of my creative goals. I think by stating that this isn't fun, I can start to analyze how to make time for what to do. I mean there's a new art challenge this month, but I'm already 4 days behind. I think I'm afraid of plateauing in skill again but it just doesn't feel right to draw like this and not see any imporvement. I guess I'll try to focus on that in the meantime. If anybody has any tips to get back into flow it woould be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and happy drawing.
