This is going to be a long day

And the panic IT tickets are already coming in.

My brother made the suggestion that I should try to date or have sex to relieve my stress.

Consciously I know he saying this out of genuine concern, but my unconscious has trained me to avoid intimacy and isolate.

I know what I have to do to change, but the will is suppressed out of paranoia and anxiety.

Black Friday is this week, so there's going to be a whole bunch of tickets put in for no reason......
